• If customer’s terms are “cash before delivery” or a percentage is due prior to shipment, the 72 hours will start after payment is received.
• Upcharge of 10% for all “quick ship” orders.
• Quantity requested can’t exceed quantity uncommitted on hand available.
• Please indicate “72 hour quick ship” on your request for quote.
• Quotations for quick ship require a same day signed acknowledgement or purchase order.
• No changes or cancellations permitted after signed acknowledgement or purchase order.
• Orders held for clarification are considered inactive until order is clarified by Project Management.
• Day one begins next business day after order is received.
• For holiday weeks, one day will be added.
